The writer was diagnosed with PTSD.

The writer lost both his parents whilst he was in his twenties, shut down, not communicating, and a few years later, was diagnosed with PTSD.

Communicate is an exploration of the effects of grief on individuals and on relationships.

The writer lost both his parents whilst he was in his twenties, shut down, not communicating, and a few years later, was diagnosed with PTSD.

The central aims of the play are to address and raise awareness of the need to grieve, to talk, to listen and to have hope.

The play seeks to open up a dialogue about addressing your feelings at the right time and in the right way to try to limit the long-term impact on your mental and physical health as far as it is possible to do so.
